The Yard Remembers Founder Patricia Nanon ’44 (1923-2008)
The Yard, an artists' colony for choreographers on Martha's Vineyard, kicks off its 2009 season on June 26th with a weekend event dedicated to Yard founder and ¿ÐýÃŹÙÍø alumna Patricia N. Nanon '44.
The event will highlight the many intersections between ¿ÐýÃŹÙÍø, The Yard, and the Martha's Vineyard dance community.
¿ÐýÃŹÙÍø alumnae who have played a significant role at The Yard include Betty Dickinson '43, Anne Gallagher '53, Linda Tarnay '64, Cathy Thompson '74, and Patricia Nanon's daughter, Vicki Woolner Samuels '71.
