Shah's Garam Garam Pops Up at Pangaea

Mariam Shah ’14, who runs , a growing food venture devoted to Pakistani cuisine, hosted a February pop up at in ¿­ÐýÃŹÙÍø.

Shah has been cooking and selling food in ¿­ÐýÃŹÙÍø since 2015. She has hosted four pop- ups in ¿­ÐýÃŹÙÍø, three in Brooklyn, and one in Hoosick Falls, NY.

Following her graduation from ¿­ÐýÃŹÙÍø College, she began selling food at the and catering small events. Her first pop up in ¿­ÐýÃŹÙÍø was held at Pangaea in 2016, to which she returned this February. She later hosted pop ups at  and .

In 2019, garam garam will be providing food at the Vermont Art Exchange's  at the Masonic Hall.

It's a pop up. It's a meal with friends at Mariam's table. But more than that: it is a huge part of our community.
