Baldwin ’94 Banks on Sustainable Fish
Eater New York chronicled the journey of Ned Baldwin ‘94 from sculptor to chef to owner of a New York City restaurant and soon-to-be published cookbook author.

Baldwin, whose Hudson Square gastropub, , prides itself on showcasing “the ugly ducklings of the sea” said his education in the food industry “was like getting another undergraduate degree.”
His forthcoming cookbook, tentatively titled The Food You Want to Eat, has been picked up by Houghton Mifflin.
